Who I Am

I am a creative strategist focused on storytelling, audience engagement, and brand communication within music education and the arts. With over a decade of experience teaching music across elementary, secondary, and higher education settings, I bring a deep understanding of how educators communicate, connect, and build community.

My approach sits at the intersection of education, design, and communication strategy: setting creative direction that is both strategically effective and authentically rooted in the culture of music education. Combining classroom experience with strategic thinking and creative execution, I build work that is informed by the realities of music education while remaining visually engaging, emotionally intelligent, and effective across modern digital platforms.

I lead marketing and creative initiatives for organizations including The Midwest Clinic, GIA Publications, and the National Association for Music Education, developing projects that span campaign strategy, visual direction, digital storytelling, email marketing, and cross-channel audience engagement.

At the center of my work is the belief that meaningful music education experiences deserve representation that is clear, engaging, and reflective of the impact they have on students and communities.
